Making Teams Work Better

Paul Wright

Managing Director

Paul is a natural leader, who values honesty, hard work and passion.  He shows sharp powers of judgement, he is thoughtful, a great listener, decisive, capable, and proactive.

Delivering value and genuine positive change to the businesses he works with is what he cares about. Through his career, Paul has continually transformed the workplace and the way people work delivering projects for a wide range of enterprises and organisations. Manufacturing, Housing, Education, Local Government and Retail are just a few of the sectors Paul has experience of.

Having over 5000 users migrated to new systems under his belt, his credibility his undeniable. His aim is to create a lasting transformation of the workplace in the UK for the benefit of all businesses and their employees.

“Businesses could be using Microsoft cloud platform and M365 apps more effectively to transform their operating models – reducing costs of operations and increasing profits” says Paul, shrewdly.

His most satisfying project was leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high profile rollout to all 1500 Sainsbury’s stores.

When he isn’t working, Paul loves spending time with his family – he has twin sons. He is a serious cricket fanatic, an MCC member no less, and plays and coaches at his local club.

Politics is very close to Paul’s heart and he is a member of the party he believes in, passionately campaigning when the occasion rises.

Matt Pargeter

Strategy Director

Matt is honest, reliable & determined. He’s not afraid of rolling up his sleeves to ensure solutions are found & benefits are delivered.

He loves to find solutions to problems with the support of modern technology, where possible. Through innovation he aims to inspire others to be the best that they can be. His professional satisfaction comes from those moments when a customer sees the real benefit in what he has delivered.

Matt has over 20 years’ experience delivering ICT, digital & transformational change largely within Housing, Central & Local Government. During this time he developed the ability to bridge technical service delivery and gained extensive experience with procurement processes, roll-outs and service transitions.

Recently, Matt managed a team delivering a series of Modern Workplace projects (full end user computing, application rationalisation, mobile services, meeting collaboration, printing & scanning services) and then a Modern Communications project (Teams calling & Contact Centre services) for L&Q Housing Association. The programme of work sought to enable an effortless colleague experience when working regardless of location. At the heart of this was new MS Surface devices, new productivity applications and a new approach to team engagement, collaboration & approach to meetings built around Microsoft Teams.

Matt plays many sports and loves the great outdoors, whether with family, friends or alone, in nature is where he finds spiritual fulfilment.
